Tasty Tuesday: Breakfast Scramble

All the good diners have it, a breakfast of practically everything, piled on a plate. I used to think that there was no way that mish-mash could taste good. Until I tried it. 

•baked potatoes (leftover from the night before or cooked in the microwave. Just drizzle with a bit of olive oil & sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic powder & pepper before cooking), sliced & lightly browned in olive oil.
•scrambled eggs (or cooked any way you like them!)
•sauteed onions, peppers & mushrooms (any or all are completely optional)
• cooked & crumbled pork sausage (bacon & ham are good too!)
•shredded cheese (I'm a cheddar gal myself)
•country gravy
• salt & pepper to taste

- You guessed it! Pile it all up, dig in & enjoy!

  1. Um...sounds pretty good with a few tweaks it would be perfect in this house!
