I swear, the colder it gets, the more summertime foods I tend to eat. And one that I've been eating a lot of lately is Tomato Salad.
•tomatoes, diced
•avocado, diced
•green onion, thinly sliced
•vinaigrette dressing of your choice (I used Brianna's Homestyle Blush Wine Vinaigrette)
•salt & pepper to taste
- Using desired amounts, mix ingredients together.
