This may be a bit of a touchy subject, but has anyone else noticed what's up with kids these days? Don't get me wrong, with most, there's nothing up (aside from having a lack of imagination when it comes to playtime). But others...
I see some kids that think they're the parent. They seem to think that they're in charge of discipline when it comes to younger siblings. They seem to think that rules don't apply to them. They can do whatever they want, whenever they want. They know it all.
I'm not pointing any fingers of blame, but I'm starting to see this way too often. Often enough that I flash back to my childhood, thinking about what I was & wasn't allowed to do. Wow, what a difference!
I see this a lot too. I have a 20 month old and hope this does not happen as he gets older
