Weeds. They're everywhere we don't want them to be. In the garden, in the flowerbeds...in the sidewalk cracks?! That last one irks me. Unless there's supposed to be grass in the cracks for that "Old English" feel, they really shouldn't be there. Then of course there's how to get rid of those pesky weeds. If you have animals or kids running around, spraying a chemical isn't exactly ideal.
This is after less than 24 hours. Boy can you tell the difference! There's still a bit left so another application will be necessary.
How To:
*Be sure that you only apply to where you don't want any vegetation growing in the future.
•boiling hot water
•iodized table salt
•white vinegar
•butter knife
•Pouring carefully so as to not splash, pour boiling water onto weeded area.
•Cover in a decent sprinkling of salt, followed by the vinegar.
•Using your butter knife, stab down into crack to allow everything to work down to the root base.
•Allow to sit for 24 hours, although you will notice a difference much sooner than that.
•Repeat if necessary.
