I had fully intended on making paper mache eggs with the kids for Easter. But when i couldn't find any water balloons, we decided to just have some paper mache fun instead.

We used regular balloons that were barely blown up, squares of colored tissue paper & a homemade paper mache paste that was easy for the kids to brush on. And easy for mama to clean up!
•1 part flour
•5 parts flour
- Combine mixture in a saucepan & thoroughly whisk.
- Bring to a boil & simmer for 3-4 min.
- Cool to room temperature before using.
