Work It Wednesday: Yoga Poses for Beginners from Fitness Magazine

As much as I would love to throw myself into a hollowback or a lifted crow pose, I'm a newbie to the world of yoga & haven't quite made it that far. So basics it is for me! (For now anyways.)

I searched for an easy guide to go off of so I knew what the proper way to do everything was. And of course it had to be simple.
