Apothecary Extracts 100% Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil Review & Giveaway!

**Disclaimer: I have received products to try from Apothecary Extracts via BrandBacker & am simply sharing my personal opinion which may vary from yours. I was not compensated for this review.

If you've been hanging around my blog long enough, you know I'm a fan of making my own cleaners. They only take a handful of common household products & sometimes some essential oil. I'm not really one that needs to have my cleaners scented (although I have been meaning to get some lavender essential oil), but the one essential oil that I absolutely cannot live without is Tea Tree Oil. Most notably because it has amazing antibacterial properties. But did you know that not all essential oils are 100% pure? I know I didn't until recently.

Apothecary Extracts 100% Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil is the best of the best. Especially since they make it a point to test their oils to make sure they are indeed 100% pure & uncontaminated from unsafe extraction processes, before making them available to their customers.

Another thing I learned from trying this particular Tea Tree Oil, is that it has so many other uses aside from adding it to homemade cleaners. (I did know that it could be used in a few homemade beauty products, but hadn't tried any yet.) How? Every large 4oz. bottle comes with a FREE ebook - 53 Uses for Tea Tree Oil!

My favorite so far (although I've only tried a few), is the Exfoliating Sweet Banana Scrub

  37. Although this is a new brand for me, I've used tea tree oil for years. It's my go-to remedy for skin irritations and blemishes. I typically use it either straight or mixed in with something else (most often witch hazel) but have never tried mixing any recipes. The banana scrub you made looks like it would be really interesting. Josie D mary987 (at) hotmail (dot) com

  39. There is tons of stuff I would use this for. The first thing would be for shampoo for my step daughter. She currently uses a tea tree oil shampoo but I know she would love if she could use any shampoo she wanted and me just add the tea tree oil to it. She has psoriasis on her scalp and tea tree oil is one of the things that helps it. We have used it straight before but she prefers to use it in shampoo. She would enjoy having her own custom tea tree oil shampoo and creating something like the scrub you listed above would be awesome for her to use on the spots on her body.... I'd also make a spray to use on my dogs and many other things. Thanks for the chance to win this awesome priZe
