Tasty Tuesday: Pumpkin Spice French Toast

Pumpkin Spice has descended upon us! Seriously, everywhere I look it's pumpkin this & pumpkin that. So to get into the season, I whipped up some delicious Pumpkin Spice French Toast this past weekend. Yes, it's that simple.

How To:

•French or Italian bread, sliced
•splash of milk
•pumpkin pie spice
•vanilla extract
•maple syrup

- In bowl, combine desired amount of eggs, milk, pumpkin pie spice (don't be afraid to add what seems like a lot), cinnamon & vanilla extract.
- Thoroughly soak bread slices in egg mixture.
- Cook on both sides until lightly browned.
- Serve topped with butter & maple syrup.
