Snacktastic Saturday: Simple Sun-Dried Bruschetta

Every now & then I get a craving for some Bruschetta. Usually when I don't have a supply of tomatoes or when I simply don't have time to make it. But I've discovered a shortcut. And boy is it delicious!

How To:

•French or Italian bread, sliced
•cream cheese
•sun-dried tomato & olive oil blend, Bruschetta flavor (Bella Sun Luci is the brand that I used)
•balsamic vinegar

-Lightly toast bread on both sides in oven.
-Spread with cream cheese & top with sun-dried tomato bruschetta mixture.
-Return to oven for 2-3 min. to slightly warm.
-Drizzle with just a bit of balsamic vinegar.
