Work It Wednesday: Age Smoothing Eye Serum from SOBO Skin Care

I have a confession to make. For years, I applied hemorrhoid cream under my eyes. Of course I did still have some bags under my eyes (I contribute that to being a busy mom of three small kids), but nowhere near what they usually look like.
