A Veri Peri Review & Giveaway

Ever notice what happens to cooked chicken when you toss it with hot sauce? It doesn't look quite so cooked anymore, does it? Now I love hot sauce, but I hate the way it can make my food look sometimes. Luckily for me, I no longer give my food that unsure look before taking a bite.

Introducing Veri Peri Premium Sauces! I was able to try 4 out of the 5 flavors; mild, very hot, lemon herb & garlic. Needless to say, I was veri impressed with this South African staple. Not only for the taste, but for the versatility. I used them as a condiment, as a marinade & as a basic sauce. I've never known of a hot sauce that could do all of that (without adding other ingredients of course).

But let's not forget what makes Veri Peri so unique! Made with the African Bird's Eye Chili (considered the truffle of chilies), these golden sauces are also gluten free, dairy free & low carb. A simple translation: Even most of those on restrictive diets can enjoy the intense flavor without turning beet red & crying their eyes out. (Just in case you were wondering, yes, that is how I explained it to my hubs.)
