Work It Wednesday: Chalene Johnson's "Off The Wall" Workout

I'm always looking for new, fun ways to workout. Mostly because if I get bored with the workout, I just won't do it. (Excuses, I know. Ugh!) Of course it also helps if it's super short, that way I can do it multiple times a day whenever I have time. Well, thanks to a friend, I found one that matches all of the criteria. And actually, along with a few changes to my diet, I've seen more results doing this than any other workout I've tried recently. 

And it's all thanks to this lady...

If you don't already know this face, it's Chalene Johnson. You know, creator of Turbo Jam, TurboFire, Chalean Extreme & PiYo. 

But it's this workout that is "off the wall". Literally.

  1. I have trouble working out at home. I need a group setting, specifically classes at the gym, to keep me motivated.

  4. I always have a really hard time working out at home. But super short is always a plus when I'm working out at home.

  8. I definitely have trouble staying motivated to work out, too. It's always nice to vary my workout!

  9. I have to start working out again. I recently started walking but as soon as school starts for my daughter and oldest step son it going to be challanging as she goes to school during the day 9-3 and he goes to class as night from 5-9 hes' 20 see my delemia now. sighs. I was so looking forward to them being gone during the day. Now I am not sure how I'm going to get it done.

  17. I have a love/hate relationship with exercising. I have just started back jogging/walking and to be honest, it does feel great during and after the workout. My problem is actually getting up and doing it...I have to remember how good I feel and what I am doing it for to keep up with it.

  18. I've always loved running on the treadmill early in the morning before everyone gets up. It's finally getting old though and I'm ready to switch it up a bit.
