Summer is here! Not officially of course, but some days it sure feels like it. That usually means that you want something on the lighter side while still being a bit filling. Well, I have some great news for you. A Turkey Caesar Pita is just what you're looking for!
How To:
•Pita bread (I use this recipe all the time. Sometimes I cut pockets, sometimes I don't.)
• Caesar salad fixings such as romaine, dressing, tomato, red onion & mozzarella cheese (or whatever you prefer)
•Thin sliced deli turkey, diced (I'm a smoked kind of gal.)
•Mix salad ingredients & turkey together in a medium sized bowl.
•Stuff pita.
•Enjoy.
•Get seconds.
•Enjoy again.
