I have been searching high & low for eye makeup tips. I usually keep my eyes simple (meaning plain aside from the occasional mascara). But I'm looking to change it up a bit. And by a bit I don't mean Lady Gaga or Ke$ha. Just a bit of color, without looking like I have a paint by number lid.
